Registration Setup

Programs consist of divisions organized by grade level and gender. To manage division settings, navigate to Admin › [Program Name] › Divisions.

From there, you can update one or multiple divisions as follows:

1. Select the divisions you want to manage
2. Click the Edit button
3. Update price, capacity, and open/close dates and times
4. Set the number of American and National teams you will have (see Team Formation to learn more)
5. Click the Save button

Price

When setting your price for each division, it is important to determine the amount you would like to net after fees have been deducted.

Capacity

Capacity refers to the maximum number of participants you will allow to register in a given division.  Once capacity is reached, additional registrations are sent to the waitlist.

Open/Close Dates and Time

Registration for each division will open and close according to the dates and times you select.
